Flowervision Group Sponsorship: FleurEx & 2025 Hub Meetings

Scroll

At Flowervision Group we believe floristry is more than just flowers. It is about creativity, collaboration, community and connection. Our industry is at its strongest when florists come together to share ideas, exchange experiences and inspire one another.

That is why we are proud to sponsor the UK’s largest floristry trade event FleurEx 2025, managed by the British Floral Association (BFA), along with the prestigious BFA Industry Awards Evening. Our sponsorship also extended to hosting and supporting the BFA Hub Meetings at our branches across the UK this summer, welcoming florists into their local cash & carry’s to share knowledge and build meaningful connections.

FleurEx: More Than Just an Exhibition

FleurEx 2025 will bring florists, suppliers, educators and creatives together for a weekend celebrating all things floristry. Held on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th October at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham, it offers a fresh, practical format that includes:

FleurEx 2025 will feature the Flower Lab and the brand new Plant Lab, creative spaces where visitors can try techniques, explore trends and get hands-on with flowers and plants. Across the weekend there will also be workshops, live demonstrations from international designers, business drop-ins and supplier showcases. The programme includes competitions such as the UK Florist of the Year, with finalists competing live on stage and the winner automatically securing a place in the 2026 finals to represent the UK at Eurofleurs in Spain in 2027.

A Celebratory Evening for the Industry

Saturday evening culminates with the BFA Industry Awards Evening, a gala dinner that brings the industry together to celebrate floristry excellence and recognise outstanding talent. The evening includes pre-dinner drinks, a three course dinner and the presentation of the awards.

Why Flowervision Group is Involved

We are sponsoring these events because we believe they matter. It is not only about being part of them today, it is about helping the industry stay connected, supported and strong for the future.

At FleurEx 2025 we are also going further. As it’s a separately ticketed event, Flowervision Group is covering the cost of the tickets for every competition finalist in the UK Florist of the Year & UK Florist of the Year: Newcomer categories.

When florists have the space to connect and the confidence to shine, the whole industry benefits. Suppliers gain insight and closer relationships. Florists gain fresh ideas, new product sources and practical solutions. Customers enjoy the results of a more creative, innovative and connected industry.

The Hub Meetings: Connection Across the UK

The Hub Meetings extend this spirit of connection throughout the year. Hosted in regions across the country, they provide florists with local platforms to share knowledge, celebrate achievements and strengthen their communities. This summer, Flowervision Group were proud to sponsor and host the BFA Hub Meetings at our cash and carry sites around the UK, creating opportunities for florists to come together, share experiences and grow.

Looking Ahead

Flowervision Group has long-standing partnerships with Dutch growers & exporters, and we know and recognise the value of strong relationships. Supporting FleurEx and the Hub Meetings is one of the ways in which we are investing in those relationships, ensuring florists throughout the UK can continue to connect with each other and with the suppliers who help bring their designs to life.

Because when florists connect, share and grow together, the whole industry does not just survive, it blooms.
